How can I qualify for a Home Appreciation Partnership (HAP)?

Our flagship product, the HAP, is how most folks know Bonus. Every week we receive hundreds of requests to “bonus” a home. Due to demand, and our tight underwriting guidelines, we aren’t able to do every one. Today, in order to qualify for a HAP, a home must have the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 bedroom single family home
  • Interest rate below 4%
  • Home value no greater than $550,000
  • Between 1,200 - 3,000 square feet
  • Move-in and easy-to-rent ready

At the end of the day, we must be able to quickly and easily convert your home into a rental. Of course, we’re willing to work with homeowners on necessary updates that may be needed. And for those who don’t qualify, we have a dedicated real estate team who are ready to work hard to help every homeowner we speak to reach their goals.
